What are your opening hours and booking policy?

We answer your questions via WhatsApp 7 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

To ensure the best preparation, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible (at least 90 minutes before the session).

What happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but when you book, we block out an exclusive space for you.

Our policy is:

Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the session.

Less than 11 hours' notice: 50% service charge.

Less than 5 hours or no-show: 100% service charge.

Are there surcharges for night shifts?

Yes, we offer services at special times with the following surcharges:

Sessions between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM: 30% surcharge.

What happens if I arrive late to my session?

Sessions begin at the scheduled time to respect the schedule of our team and other clients.

The session could be shortened to end at the scheduled time.

30 min delay: 40% of the fare applies.

60 min delay: The full fee applies and the session may be cancelled.

Do I need to report any health conditions?

Yes, it's essential for your safety. Please inform us in advance of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or skin reactions to our products.
